For mortgage audits and claims with outstanding amounts and refunds under $10,001.00, the retainer deposit is $100, and the recovery fee is ten percent (10%) of the recovery amount. The check recovered is payable to the claimant and our company.

- During the delivery of this service, we may access and obtain official certified records from the Recorder of Deeds, or County Recorders Office in your jurisdiction who may charge a fee PER PAGE for each document we may need for your audit and claim. There is a charge to us for this access and acquisiton of between $.25 cents to $2.50 per page, which is deducted from your initial retainer
- We may need to utilize the services of a mobile notary public to meet with you, obtain a copy of your valid identification and the signature of you, your spouse, and any other heirs. There is a charge to us for the Notary public which varies between $25-$75 per meeting and signing, per signatory, which is deducted from your initial retainer.
- There may be other costs such as court filing costs, FEDEX, USPS or other overnight delivery fees charged to us, which is deducted from your initial retainer.
- ALL RESEARCH AND CLAIMS FORMS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HOURS.
Remaining expenses, other than legal fees of an attorney, are covered by our 10% fee from the recovered funds.
